    The item advertised was no longer available at the time I performed the purchase. Seller notified me that " a green one was available and that with my permission", he'd sent it. I said no and requested a refund.

    Both colors were advertised. The buyer did not specify which color they wanted when they made the purchase. Because they did not specify color I felt that it was only right that I let them know that the green frog was the only one left of the two.
