was sent different item to what was advertised - this chain had an additional link in it to convert it to a 16 inch - which I didnt want and not put in listing or photo details as a conversion length chain. Had to pay return postage of £6.85 myself as they only supplied a first class label which wouldnt have covered value - instead of a tracking label. when messaged to request (twice) got no response. I was going to purchase other items off them but wont now as poor customer service.
