Exactly as described and they sound (and look) EXACTLY like the MW8000's in my 1995 Polk S10 speakers did when they were new. The holes lined up perfectly, it took10 minutes each and the "boom" is back - new life for my beloved S10's. I highly recommend these for any vintage Polk speaker owner who is experiencing rattles and buzzing in their original woofers.
