Don't want your money on the microfiber ones. They cost more and do precisely the same thing! You want to throw these once they're old and although the microfiber once say they're washable the cost of 2 of these equals one of them and you only really get one good wash out of them before they will need replacement anyway. Go the cheaper option and ensure healthy clean air in your cabin. Change every 15-20,000 Km's. ALL cabin air filters including the microfiber washable ones (up to 40,000 Km's).
