When we expressed our frustration to the seller, they immediately apologized, refunded the entire transaction including shipping, and told us to keep the drive. Excellent customer service and a great example of taking care of the customer.

I heard back that unfortunately they were shipped to the address I provided but there were options to consider. I decided to just go get them. They arrived at my house 3 days after I ordered them.
