The controller arrived a WEEK ahead of schedule, included batteries, and required no programming (because I was careful to order the one for my TV's specific model number). It so EXACTLY replicates the original controller, that it even preserves one of the original's quirks-- after muting a channel, one has to press the mute button twice again to un-mute it. And the other buttons I tested also duplicate their functions exactly. So two thumbs WAY up on this company's products... Many Thanks!

Was sent in a thin cardboard box put in a shipping envelope with blister padding. Should have been shipped in a box. The second one arrived undamaged and functions well. It's a good product and a good price but allow time for a replacement to be shipped in case yours arrives damaged. Will use the seller again.
