    Incredible steam no matter if it’s big mainline or narrow gauge

    This 1991 Videotape/2005 DVD, contains a mix of mainline and tourist line operations. Here’s a fact: the majority of this program was shot in April and May of 1991 except for the Mt rainier scenic #5 which was shot in October of 1990, when Greg was visiting and filming both weeks of the Washington Central steamfest with 4449 & 700’s operating debut. 1991 was also the last full year that Rio Grande 497 operated on the Durango & Silverton, before it was trucked out to Chama New Mexico.
