    So good I bought some for a friend too!

    This is an excellent product. I recently had surgery on my foot and my foot was rather swollen. I applied this cream, (which smells lovely by the way), every day, morning and night and it worked a treat. When I had surgery on the second foot I used it from the outset (after the stitches were removed) and recovery was SO much quicker. I definitely recommend it and bought some for a friend actually.

    Poor

    The consistency of the balm is not at all easy to apply from the tin. The thinnest film. So being unable to get it onto and rub in defeats the whole purpose. I have no doubt the ingredients are wonderful and oh how I would enjoy to readily apply a liberal dab of it to these aching hands!

    fab product definately recommend it

    my partner smashed his ankle - 2 broken bones, surgery putting in plates and screws. He used it 3 times daily and said it did wonders both internally and externally - aided the healing process & smells wonderful too. I use it on my aches too...so 2 happy customers! its a hard balm, so goes a long way which is great, as it isn't cheap.

    Three special ingrdients

    This cream contains the three things I want to use on swollen skin- so while looking for them, I found them altogether in one tub! Arnica for bruising, comfrey for swelling and calendula for its natural healing properties. I didn’t need it long. It was used in a poultice to soothe an aggravated old break in a knee. The patient is fine now and found it very soothing. -Thank you!
