Exactly as described. So happy I bought this and was able to save 50% off the original price. The box arrived mangled and one of the Styrofoam packing pieces was missing. I was worried it would be very dinged up but it wasn't any more dinged or dented then the original posting described.

The box arrived but it looks like it’s been through the wringer. Lots of tape holding it together. Rollator looks ok but the bag is missing. I notified the seller and received email saying they are having the manufacturer send the bag. As yet I haven’t gotten shipping information.

Unit had some issues when it arrived, but the seller offered to pay for repairs, and did so. That's a rare thing in my experience; this seller gets five stars for stepping up and making it right.
You don't always find people willing to do the right thing, especially for an expensive item... but this seller did. Recommended. Would not hesitate to do business with this gentleman again.
