Tested this 9tog for 2 weeks now, uk, autumn. I tend to feel the cold but like to sleep with window open. Temp has been down to 12C and I’ve been comfortable, also comfortable at 20C.
It’s a very different experience to my down duvet & took a little getting used to. The down is like sleeping under a big fluffy cloud, gets warm and toasty.
The silk is thin about 1cm, not fluffy but drapes nicely around eliminating any drafts. It seems to maintain comfortable body temp rather than get toasty.
