The item arrived by mail on the first expected delivery day. When I put it to use, I had the bad luck to use a HDD that worked perfectly everywhere else but on the end of these cables / adapter. MoMo were TOTALLY supportive and communicative regarding my perceived issues and made offers of help. Eventually I tried 5 different manufacturers' HDDs on the cables and they all worked as intended. Can't THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!!
