Packaging was too small, o ring now an egg ring
I have no idea how long the o rings were in the tiny zipper bag they shipped in, but it's been a week and the larger one is still an oval, hasn't rebound to it's original shape. I would've been quite happy if the bag had been large enough to accommodate the o ring in it's original shape, as it is I'm not sure if it will work, and I sure don't want to find out that it doesn't the hard way. Dime bags aren't for o rings, please consider using appropriately sized packaging in the future, I'll probably end up ordering a set elsewhere. When I discovered that GM had stopped making replacement parts, like these O rings, available without cross referencing them to existing alternatives, I was more than a little annoyed. Once I calmed down, I visited several Tracker/Suzuki forums and discovered this kit. It worked out even better because the service & repair manuals for the 1994 & 1998 Tracker only showed one O ring for the distributor and naturally, that wasn't the one I needed to fix my growing oil leak! This kit was well priced, well packaged and arrived ahead of schedule. Amazing! Fitment issues
The distributor base o ring fit great, however the distributor shaft o ring was too thick to allow the distributor to fit into the base. luckily my original o ring was still in good enough shape to reuse.
