I've been playing for about 20 years. I play metal. Think Sabbath, Dio, Ozzy, and more modern A7X and COB melodic death metal. I own 8 guitars that range between $800 and $2200. I really loved Vincent Price movies and had my eye on this guitar for a while. Finally, I decided to pick it up, expecting it to be cheaply made and poorly set up. I planned to just put it on the wall. Wrong! It showed up and looks great. I plugged it in and it holds tune extremely well. Action is perfect...(0) fret buzz. Plays smoothly and with very nice smoothness. Love it! I will keep it. Best deal on less than $500 I have ever experienced. It might just become my go to for everyday practice.

Guitar build is excellent, the finishing work not so much. It is a bolt on, which are never as good as neck thru builds. It's heavy and has a great tone. The neck is lacquered, so after sanding that off, it plays fast. The low end is in the fret work. It needed fret leveling and dressing right out of the box, which is to be expected for the price of the guitar. Imagine the string as a rail road track and the fret wires as the ties the rails are spiked to. That's the feel of the fret wires on the top and bottom. It's as if no effort went into the finish work. It's an extremely rough feel, but once I corrected that, it's a keeper, and Vincent's stupid face is always good for a grin.

Simple with a good quality feel. Easily one of the most vibrant graphics I’ve ever seen on a production guitar!
