(There is no way to secure the panniers/saddlebags to the carrying rack; the way this are meant to be secured is for 2-seater motorcycle). I tried to contact the seller, and they initially asked for more information, after which the seller ignored all other emails. I am now stuck with a $500 bags that I cannot use.
