I received an un-painted and unfished item instead, which was not the item photographed in the listing. Contacted the seller to notify that he sent the wrong item, however, he stated he didn't have the painted and finished one that I'd ordered, telling me he sent me the unfinished as an alternative. Refused to provide partial refund as compensation. Painted and finished item still listed for sale.
