These hats are perfect for me and last a good 4 or 5 years. I used this hat in the drenching rain, exercise, daily baking in the sun. After all those years the fabric gets so weak that repairing it is impossible unless ye just want to resew the entire hat, but at that point for me its time for a new one anyways.
