After contacting Hipa directly, I was informed, respectfully, that this was indeed a Hipa carburetor and that the reason I was able to pay a lower price was due to being shipped straight from the distributor before packaging. Carburetor works great and I am very pleased and satisfied with my purchase. Will be buying more. Thank you to the people at Hipa! Kind and tolerant of my many questions :)
