Mi first comment was this “ The dress when arrived had an horrible smell, I contacted her to tell her that , then she said that I could return this dress but later she disappeared and didn’t answer anymore ������”Then later the person is saying: “I informed the buyer multiple times to return the dress she never did. Not fair.“Which is totally a LIE!!! I had the screenshots you never reply, I had to throw the dress in the trash because the smell was �� I got tired at no answers from you����

The customer was sent a clean laundered dress. A best offer of $10.00 was accepted. When the customer indicated the dress had a smell, she was offered a refund. For whatever reasons she never returned the dress. She proceeds to send me emails filled with crying and angry emojis which I didn’t respond to. As a small business, I didn’t know how to respond to an email of crying and angry emojis when a solution was offered. It was very odd.
