It is a t mobile network phone and has been used, for the phone came completely dead and got hot upon charging. When phone was at full change the charge drops readily. Open box meas the product has not been used. Shipping was horrendous but I will not blame that on the seller because of weather?? Not sure how the floods affected the phone leaving Houston to come to Florida. Very disappointed. Not quick with replies either.
