If the description mentioned defective tires I would have done business else where. I bought these for my 1937 Elgin that i have on display in my antique shop. These tires are very bad quality way over priced and the appearance was no good I added photos of the smudges of lord lnows what , scuffs and marks through out the white walls & discolouration.
