Found when received that the item would not work on my door setup. Contacted selling and requested a return at my own cost. Seller declined stating that its not a relevant basis of return. Is this really how you approach good customer service?

We have a "no returns policy" for the following reasons.We take great care packing, this takes time.We take excellent photos and don't rely on misleading generic pics.The measurements are accurate and we expect buyers to give more than a few seconds consideration to whether their item will work out. Every sale results in real work done.The Ebay system only allows for a full refund including post $ both ways. In your job would you be happy to work twice the hours and pay $20 min to your boss?
