I received the wrong item but the box was the correct part number, the owner message me and informed it this was a misunderstanding and he would gladly take the return and send me the correct part but I had already ordered another case days after and he gladly refunded me , he responded quickly and took action quickly, if I do need more oem parts I would definitely buy from him in the future

Part was listed as new. However the part arrived clearly used. Shaft had a .03 grove worn into from what looked like a seized part/ bearing. They were very responsive, professional and apologetic about the issue. Just make sure the part you order is not a rebuilt crank, but in fact a brand new crank before purchasing. My 2 cents.
