I was however disappointed with the packaging….a battered old crisp box, was a poor choice and it was fortunate that the item survived the journey (see photos attached). You provide a good service and I would definitely recommend you to others but you do need to rethink the packaging.

Had a few excuses for why and I was always more than understanding but it’s been just shy of a month and still nothing. Opened a case as then have a reply straight away ask me to close it and they will send! Please be aware this is not something advertised as you can’t reopen it and seller knows this so please buy with caution. Should have read the feedback before buying as looks like I’m not the only unhappy customer! With the case open we knew she could opt to refund when on route, she then opted to refund once we had agreed to send.
