I purchased a bottom cover for a laptop and it came without the anti-slip strips on.
When I asked where I could get them they were surprised it didn't have any.
They went as far as to send me what looks like a BRAND NEW bottom cover when all I was looking for was to know where to get the strips.
I will definitely buy from them again because of how nice they were and how fast the replacement part came.
