The brace is very comfortable but for me it is a bit bigger then my shoe size of 8, more like a 10; I would conclude, it runs a bit bigger then the shoe chart. Happy with the product, it relieves much of the pain from a shattered heel and ankle, and plantar fasciitis; my foot doesn't throb all night. Thank you.
