I ordered XXL as I’m a good 16 and it is a little large, although it will allow for a thick sweater or a fleece underneath it for warmth. The biggest problem for me is the sleeves, a bit long and a bit wide. Not bothering to send it back as it would be too expensive in postage, and I can make use of it, two large pockets. It would fit a small man for sure, and it’s a nice colour beige.
