I’ve ordered the engine crane from the seller it arrived intact poorly packaged to save money upon inspection slightly scratches possibly painted parts & package before drying parts overall upon assembly several bolts were missing contacted the seller shared nothing but deliberate excuses not to replace bolts than offered $10 refund that doesn’t cover cost even 1 bolt I’ve was quoted by retailer $40 for 10 high tensile bolts won’t use this seller again waste money and time

Mixed review. The toolbox was a good design, it arrived damaged. This was pretty bad and a latch that was missing and not in the packaging. It was very likely damaged from the beginning. Seller was reluctant to give a refund and in the end settled on a partial refund. Having sold things myself on eBay, I would have told a buyer to keep the damaged merchandise and send them an additional unit free of charge. I suggest the seller reviews this process. I will not purchase from them again.
