Just tested once in back yard. Let it sit on the ground in the sun, turning over occasionally. Got cold from the ground as fast as it got hot from the sun. Next time will try on a table or tailgate. Have real concerns that the "rope" and attachment points they provide will actually support 40L ( 40kg ) of water. I'll be looking for another way to support. The unit is as described so can't complain but a couple smaller ones my be more practical than the one big one.
