Unfortunately! The cup holder unit the customer got is Genuine Land Rover, and made the same specification and quality!, what else to expect from the OEM part? The customer has been contacted many times with a refund option, return / exchange, never replied back, sorry but we are unable to do any without communication from both ends, and this particular negative feedback must not be here!
