Unfortunately when it first arrived it had been put in the wrong envelope and switched with a different cover. However, Yukiko was very responsive, refunded the postage and with a little longer wait the correct cover arrived. Yukiko updated me regularly and even managed to find a second Hobo cover brand new for me that I also wanted. So whilst it took longer, it was a great experience and patience meant I got both. Mistakes happen but it’s how it’s how Yukiko dealt with them that is important.
