Sends incomplete flare kit with missing mouldings and then when I ask where they are I was told the kit doesn't include these. This is after I had to send many photos to show them what was missing and I had to prove to them what the kit should contain? No idea of the product they sell. To resolve it, we’ve already dispatched a replacement order for the rubber trims, which is scheduled to arrive by the 30th of July.
