    Good reliable product

    I have owned previous Miele top model vaccum cleaner with higher output . In addition , I bought this Miele after extensive research online. Conclusion , this Miele cats &dogs totally out performs other brands with the added benefit of being bagless. The key is the technologically advanced vaccum head which totally compensates for the slightly lower power output . This is the only drawback compared to its closest competitors but not significant.

    Fantastic buy

    We couldn’t be happier with it. It has amazing power and suction. Only vacuumed the day before with our old vacuum and what this new one picked up was incredible, including the dog fur. Highly recommend!

    Not to shabby

    Very happy with the vacuum a little heavy to lift but easy to pull, hair tends to wrap around the turbo head brush as it’s only fairly new I think this may become an issue in the future as there is already a build up but this seems to happen with all brands we have had. Suction is good and its easy to empty, overall opinion I would recommend!

    Exceptional vacuum cleaner

    The only minor design hitch I can see, so far, are the narrow bends in the vacuum cleaner itself, which can easily clog if picking up excessive hair and/or grass fragments. But it is easy to clean, has brilliant suction, the power settings making it easy to shift between hard floors, carpets, rugs and curtains!
