Accurate, comfortable.
Hearing things we've never heard before. We needed these to live mix a contemporary church service, couple of guitars, piano, keyboard, drums, 7 singers. The video stream mix wasn't the same as we heard in the sanctuary speakers. The headphones we had been using were too 'colored' to give us an accurate sound. These fixed that! Now we're getting a good mix, because what we hear in these headphones is what's in the video mix.Hearing things we've never heard before. Badly Manufactured
They fell lightly from my work station and Landed safely on my moccasin yet the join between the ear-cup and the overhead band snapped off completely. I have tried to superglue it but it is attached by a narrow ledge. Very bad design. I am looking for a different brand to replace this one. Great audio quality but a waste of $500 for me!

Excellent Clear and comfortable
First off I've had my fair share of high end head phones, I prefer closed style due to blocking out noise. These are by far some of the best I have owned, they are crisp clear and very neutral, great for listening to high quality files, sound wise I would compare them to the Sony V6 but with a much broader range and a bit clearer. They are more comfortable than my V6's and ath50. Quality wise they are lighter but feel better built than their ATH50 counterparts, a good mix of metal and plastic components. If you have a low quality sound file and or subpar media player it is much more apparent with these than other "colored" headphones. I use these paired with a FIIO X5 gen 2 player, and currently a fiio E06 amp for daily use and love it! The softshell case is a nice feature that they come ... I would recommend on any of these to use an headphone amp if you are using with an MP3 player.

Excellent overall performance, comfort and usability
The accuracy and detail of these headphones is remarkable. They're comfortable for long periods and it's particularly nice to have a low enough impedance to not require external amplifiers to reach their incredible 5 - 40,000 Hz response.

Very comfortable and great sound
I did my homework before buying these over-ear headphones and eventually decided not to go for pricier OPPO PM-3, for less expensive with boosted bass Sony MDR-1A and for less expensive, but less comfortable ATH-MSR7. ATH-M70X does not have ATH-MSR7 High-Res Audio label, I care less about, but it has highly precise sound.
