The condition of this UNVR-PRO was listed as "Open box" but what I received was brand new in the box with the Ubiquiti paper tape seal in place. The box had a VERY MINOR impact on one corner which could not possibly have any impact on the contents. The quality of the device I received was excellent and if I had received this as "New" I would not have even questioned the slight dent on the box. You can definitely trust in the quality of products from this seller.
