Sold us a faulty totally non functional print head. Immediately produces a B203 error code (canon code for print head malfunction). Not a new item just (poorly) washed and put into a generic package. Does not want to pay for return shipping which is $43 CAD to get the faulty $34.68 CAD item back to china with tracking. Now is trying to get us to accept an offer of 20% refund for us to go away. Yea right. We just want our money back so we can buy a working print head.
