This was the second seller I purchased this item from after the first seller sent me a dining set that wasn’t fit for purpose. I specifically chose dark brown from the drop-down menu, but they sent me a brown and white set. Then they told me I could return it for a refund, less a twenty per cent restocking fee, provided the box seal wasn’t broken. This is by far and away the single worst experience I have ever had. Do not buy from this seller!

Strongly built.
Probably should start with the good bits first. Very strongly built, all quality hardware. Assembly is relatively easy for one person as the "track" comes in 4 bolt-together sections. Installing is a more taxing task. Whilst there is enough asssembly instructions, there are no installation instructions. Head clearances are by trial and error method. In my case, in order to avoid touching the cornices I needed the track to be 6cm out from the wall and 12cm from the ceiling to top of track, giving enough free run for the bearing rollers. I also preferred the door floor guides to be fixed to the wall rather than the slot types fixed-to-the-floor ones provided with the kit. Excellent! Same quality - half the price!
This barn door kit is excellent. Ive used it for a very heavy 3m wide door to enclose my verandah at night to stop the negligent neighbours cat from spraying everything on my verandah because they refuse to do the right thing by any other lifeform than themselves! I digress. Followed the instructions quite easily. Only issue I had was hanging it due to the huge door Id made and my petitie frame. This wouldnt be an issue at all with standard doors or another set of hands. The kit is as sturdy as it looks. Im on the side of a mountain and had a violent wind storm the next day that destroyed half the yard yet the door didnt even rattle. Fantastic product. As good a quality as any you could buy in a local hardware store but a much MUCH better price. I couldn't recommend this kit more ... This barn door kit is excellent.
