I really wasn’t expecting the small to be small! If you add a picture on the label you can hardly see the photo of the animal. However, it is a good label but next time I would purchase a bigger one to fit my jar! I had to message the seller to see if they were sending the item, as a couple of days had passed and the response I got was that the seller had issues - would’ve been nice of the seller to make me aware of this prior me asking. Overall, lovely item, made well.

I'm really sorry that you weren't happy with your order. I have now removed the small label from the listing as this is the second time I've had bad feedback because of it. All the measurements are there and it was so people were able to buy a cheap candle about £1 but it's not worth my reputation. Also, I sent your order first class so you did actually receive this on time. Also, sellers are expected to respond to messages within 2 days so I've actually done nothing wrong here whatsoever.
