Despite my best efforts to get it running properly, I wasn't able to. So I went to contact the seller, preparing myself for the worst, but on the contrary I received customer service that was nothing short of the best. (Thanks, Kevin!) I was given a prepaid return label, and a brand new machine that both looked and worked excellent. So if you're looking for the right seller, the folks here are just that.
