Just received my hats in a long hat box with a bag protecting them. Unfortunately the box appears to have been wet before and molded so the hats have a musky smell. Woulda probably been ideal to have the close end of the bag facing that way. Other than that. A+ deal, A+ seller.

One of the video cards was defective (one fan was bad and no output/picture). I promptly reached out to the seller who said they were sold "as is". Listing was listed as "used" condition with no defects mentioned. When I asked for partial refund, he wanted to lowball and offered a very unfair amount. Not easy to deal with. I was more than willing to be flexible but seller was not, no response after my initial message.
