I can't seem to contact by email. Option failing when l try send email. Wrong blad supplied. Paid for double wire and received plastic which is a cheaper product and not what we ordered and paid for. Also paid double postage and you sent in one envelope. No option to combine costs at checkout and yet you only incurred the one cost in sending.

Tough and easy to use
Arrived on time and was very easy to put together and looks to be solidly built. The battery is very easy to fit to the unit and hold firm. Well balanced with little vibration compared to a petrol unit so can be used for longer times without the aches. Blades supplied are OK but have discovered after market blades that do the job better and last longer as Swift are currently unable to supply genuine blades for this unit. The secret is to use a flexible blade and not the hard plastic blades that just shatter. The trimmer with its 40 volt battery has the power to go through some amazing tough grass that even a petrol trimmer with 2.0mm line would shy away from. It is light and easy to use. One of the easiest battery charges to use when recharging the battery. Well designed. The pictures show ... Arrived on time and was very easy to put together and looks to be solidly built.
