    Missing parts and scratches

    After receiving your product. It came with a lot of scratches and missing parts. On one of the boxes, one of your employees wrote “Missing” knowing well not to ship it. I understand this is a human error but so far you have not done your part on answering my message about my issue with the part. Because of this, I am not able to install it on my vehicle.
