My experience with this seller is one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a buyer on E Bay. The product was Audien Atom Pro 2 that I purchased. What I received was the Audien Atom Pro the box it came in looked like it was not a factory seal. I opened it charged the batterys tryed them on and the right one was not working. And I notice the box doesn't have the sanitizer light in it like the pro 2 advertised. I contacted the seller and the response was not favorable. I requested money .

The most dishonest buyer on eBay. Buyer received exactly was listed and pictured. Claims the item didn’t work out of a factory sealed box and then sent pics of the item after opening it claiming it wasn’t factory sealed. Buyer purchased my item with the only intention of keeping my brand new item to replace her used broken item. The absolute worst kind of eBay buyer. Avoid this buyer at all cost. Buyer has been blocked and reported to eBay for thieir behavior.

Very close in performance to Logitech
Performance wise: the volume is unusually high, Adjust volume to low setting! To prevent hurting your ears! or it might just be my computer. The sound quality is decent (good). Worth buying for the price. Logitech headsets are getting so expensive i think this is a good replacement as companies are catching up. the headphone has a strong built.

I'd give these 5 stars except for two minor issues. One, if I lower the volume too much, there's a squealing sound, but if I keep the volume up high, then I just need to make sure to turn down whatever I'm listening to. I agree with the reviewer who said that the volume is very high, so be careful! The 2nd issue I have is that they only last a few months. But they are definitely good for backup headphones when waiting for the more expensive ones. I wish they lasted longer because I really prefer the sound and the comfort of these to the higher priced headphones.I'd give these 5 stars except for two minor issues. The headphones worked well as promised. I had an interview, but the interviewer said I sounded garbled. I'm not blaming the headphones for that. My only complaint is that they're tight on my head. My head may be too big. Overall, I'm satisfied.
