Easy to use and set up, but the subscription for extra features ain't cool
Easy to set up with an intuitive app. Works as expected. However, having to pay a rather expensive subscription for the additional (and to me, fairly low value) features takes the shine off what's otherwise a handy way to connect your AC.

would not buy again
in this day of plug and play the setup for this was a nightmare "getting a error and not saying why" and having to go to sensibo web site and still even then finding it hard to find out how to installed it ,i will say after the install it seems to be working fine apart from the now you have it installed do you want to pay more for more options... to me is just a scam should have stated that before not after , so all up i give it a no, do not buy this unless you have kids under 20 that can install it for you and you don't mind other fee per month to payin this day of plug and play the setup for this was a nightmare "getting a error and not saying why" and having to go to sensibo web site and still even then finding it hard to find out how to installed it ,i will say after the install it seems to be working fine apart from the now you have it installed do you want to pay more for more options... to me is just a scam should have stated that before not after , so all up i give it a no, do not buy this unless you have kids under 20 that can install it for you and you don't mind other fee per month to pay

Very convenient. I already have two and being able to turn my AC units on before I get home on a 42degC day is just great. Also, when on holidays I can monitor the room temperatures an if I think our house car=ts are in danger of heat stress, I can turn the AC on from my mobile phone. Good service from web site if you have problems setting up. NOTE: Don't hide the Sensibo behind anything. IR signals - while strong - won't penetrate objects that don't transmit light waves. NOTE Again: Sensibo Sky only works with AC or heating systems that you would normally operate with an IR remote!Very convenient.
