    salve, riscontriamo il feedback negativo fuori luogo segnalando che procediamo con la richiesta di rimozione in quanto anche se dispiaciuti, il pacchetto era integro, come da fotografie, nell'imballo millebolle e in una velina plastificata. Probabile che l'alone che indica è la colla del rivestimento protettivo da rimuovere con acqua diluita a sapone. Ha la possibilità di fornire fotografie dell'imballo busta consegnata?
