Great transaction highly recommend this seller. The item was just as described in listing. Packaging was good item arrived in good condition.
Expect longer delivery time because of international shipping but is worth the wait for a great price. I am a repeat customer and will purchase from them again.
I ordered NGK cables and the parts were well packaged and arrived intact, however the length of the cables was slightly different from what I expected based on the item description, and one of the four cables I wasn t able to use. After communicating this to start245, they took a few days to consider the situation and refunded 100% of what was paid for the product. You can rest assured doing business with this seller that they will stand behind the products they sell.

They shipped an unidentifiable product in a broken box, through a different means of transport than stated, which resulted in more than 100 euro of additional custom taxes and courier fees, and neglected to give support to identify it. Their response: 'items are 100% genuine VALEO, don't worry'. So you have their word it's valeo, but you don't know if it's intended for your car or it's one the thousand valeo products available. By far, the worst customer support experience on ebay I've ever had.
