    Its good

    So I had an Original 40 muffler on my truck already but it was getting a bit rusty after several years of great service. I ordered this because it said it was the same thing. It definitely sounds a bit different though. Its quiter than the one I took off. Enough of a difference even my 7 year old daughter randomly said one day while we were riding "dad your truck sounds quiter" lol.

    Not Impressed - deceptively expensive!!

    I'm not impressed with the 40 series on my 2014 Dodge Charger 3.6L V6. The muffler swap out alone made ZERO difference in sound. I had to remove both resonators to get any type of desired sound. However, the drone is pretty severe and overall, rather unimpressive. Depends on your setup and what you're looking for, but I had to spend way more $ than I was anticipating to remove the resonators and even still, eh... It almost sounds like I just cut my muffler off. I know it's just a V6, but I've had other V6s with this muffler setup and they sounded much better. Overall, not at all worth the cost, including muffler, install & resonator removal.

    Good sound easy install hardware seperate..only negative is it is quiete big and have to install it broadside facing rocker panels.
