After ordering a cute mirror, I was contacted because the print on the pouch wasn't identical to the product photo and there was a slight defect she spotted before posting out. I couldn't believe that the seller went above & beyond to rectify this. I've never received such a kind gesture in all the years of shopping on Ebay. I'd give 100* if I could. Many thanks x
