I was sent an entirely different pair of shoes then the ones in the picture that I ordered. They were also the wrong size. I contacted the seller and they did offer to refund me if I sent them back. It would have cost me money to ship the wrong shoes back, complete waste of my time and money. Terrible customer service for a seller that made a mistake. I ended up finding a buyer locally luckily so I did not have to be charged a return shipping fee! The buyer told me I made the mistake, very rude!
