    Painting was lost in the mail and the seller was not helpful in resolving the issue. Although the shipping was timely and I understand the post office was responsible for the package, the seller should have refunded the purchase and filed the claim for insurance. Instead, the seller was borderline rude and insisted I file the claim, when I did not have all the details on the shipment. I still haven’t been refunded via the post office insurance a month later. Buy with caution.

    Platter arrived with much more wear than described. Had crazing on both sides and worn paint as well as chips and scratches. Definitely not worth the price point. Would not recommend seller. They would not respond to email or offer refund.
