I’ve bought 3 dreadheadhq products and seriously I hate to do this but I can’t recommend it. I have to be honest. Shipping was way to long the product was a regular crochet needle with 2 extra grooves for a 10x upscale. I mean it’s a crochet needle period. They say it was made for dreadlocks I truly doubt any research went into it. Very dissatisfied not worth the money!!

Love the product BUT...I purchased on November 20th. Didn't ship until Nov 27th. Just rcvd my order today. Sent multiple messages with absolutely no reply. Horrible customer service. Regardless of any RL issues a quick email would have made a world of difference. Wouldn't have left negative feedback if I had received a simple reply to my messages. Funny thing is a scripted flyer came in package about the importance of their customer service. What a crock! COMMUNICATION IS KEY PEOPLE!!
